Testimonials

Ed worked tirelessly to find me the perfect Bay Head home. I found Ed through a friend after having a bad experience with another realtor. He is responsible, professional and knowledgeable. He knows the market inside and out and is a great negotiator. He was always enthusiastic, very patient and never pressured me. He walked me through the entire process from beginning to end and is always readily available to answer any questions now that I am a Bay Head home owner! Source: Google

Suzie and Ed were excellent in all areas related to the sale of our home.
I considered them "partners" in this process. Excellent communication from start to finish (and after). Indeed, their efforts coupled with outstanding marketing and excellent local market knowledge make them a perfect match for both buyers and sellers. That is exactly why we used them to both to buy our home several years ago and when it was time to sell they were the only brokers we would consider. Source: Google

We are so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with Ed O'Malley. From our first phone call, Ed hit the ground running to help us find properties that fit our criteria, taking a lot of the leg work out of the process for us.

He often had the answers to our questions before we even asked them, and if he didn't, Ed got back to us in short order. He is accessible, knowledgeable, patient, and an all around professional. We look forward to many years in our new home, thanks to Ed's help and dedication. Source: Google

It was a pleasure working with Ed selling our family home. Not only did he fully understand the market in our little town, but he was considerate of our personal situation. He was responsive all hours of the day and took care to thoroughly explain different situations to my extended family. I highly recommend Ed! Source: Google

Recently, my family decided to sell the Bay Head home we grew up in. While it had been a rental property in the most recent years, the home still held a special place in all of our hearts. We listed with Suzie and Ed and right from the start we knew they were the right agents to guide us through the process. Having known Suzie all of our lives and Ed the last several years, we knew they’d also understand the emotional attachment we had to the home and that it would be an undertaking to clear out 50 plus years of belongings. They were patient, communicated with all of us every step of the way and gave us great advice and insight into the market. We were all very pleased with their service and happy with the ultimate outcome and sale. We’d highly recommend Suzie Van Schoick and Ed O’Malley. Source: Google

Edwin O'Malley and Suzie Van Schoick, working at Diane Turton, Realtors, (with offices located on the Jersey shore), were both superb brokers. In particular, Ed was incredibly responsive to my every question and concern and always available by phone, even on weekends. He made thoughtful recommendations for services that I would need and gladly did any research for me. He always came up with the right solution to any problem that I might have as a new home owner.
I never doubted his ability and willingness to represent my interests as his client.
Ed was an outstandingly nice person, as well, always professional and so easy to work with.
Suzie, too, was most helpful and communicative.
In summary, any potential home buyer or seller would be most fortunate to work with either Ed or Suzie, either individually or as a team. Source: Google

Suzi and Ed recently marketed two properties for me and lived up to their stellar reputation. One property was more challenging than usual because it was midway through an extensive renovation.
They bravely accepted the challenge without hesitation, and guided me through the preparation of the home before listing. They then professionally handled each aspect of the process through to the successful sale.
No question was left unanswered and their attention to each was immediate.

I felt extremely fortunate to work with them. Source: Google

Ed and Suzie were amazing. It was emotional for my mom selling her house after 50 years and Ed and Suzie were super nice, patient and empathetic and helped us through the whole process. The house sold quickly when we were finally ready and I would work with them again in a heartbeat. Source: Google

Ed is the consummate professional and extremely knowledgeable of the sales and rental markets. His updates and follow ups set him way above his competition. He brings me the most wonderful tenants and is always there to assist when any issues arise. I feel safe and can rest easy, knowing that my rental property Is in his care. I couldn’t recommend anyone more highly, Ed is the best in town!! Source: Google

First and foremost our sincerest gratitude for being more than professional in handling our closing. We purchased our dream home in Point Pleasant - Ed and Suzie met us on a moment's notice to see the property - I am in the title end of the real estate business and my own purchase took a back seat to my work - Ed - knowing that - took the wheel with gentle reminders about the next steps. This property, although needing TLC, will be the home our dreams - Ed and my husband Mark were able to envision the finished product, mine a bit cloudy - Ed saw and felt that from a personal and professional level and brought our offer to the closing table.

We have now closed , and we are not forgotten , Ed and Suzie continue to keep in touch - we will do the same as we create our beach cottage retreat in the Bay Head Shores neighborhood in Point Pleasant. Thank you Ed and Suzie! - Source: Google
