Wally is a life long resident of the New Jersey Shore and lives locally with his wife and two young boys. Raised in Bay Head, Wally attended the Bay Head Elementary School and went on to attend Christian Brothers Academy in nearby Lincroft, NJ. After earning a BA in Science at Rollins College he spent 4 years with a small pharmaceutical consulting company working with large pharma during clinical trials. It was here a passion for computers led to an IT role with multiple agencies in NYC where he spent the next 6 years. His love for the shore won out in 2004 when he returned home from north Jersey and took a role as a sales agent for Diane Turton, Realtors. His skill as an award winning agent coupled with local knowledge, technology skills, and leadership experience, led to a promotion in 2012 to the manager position of the Bay Head office. Wally holds a brokers degree and sits on the Monmouth County Assoc of Realtors managers board. He is active in his community volunteering his time with the Bay Head School Foundation, Bay Head Business Assoc, annual Shark Run 5k, and various town and BHS endeavors. He is a specialist in luxury, beach front, and water front real estate.

Wally Niebling is an excellent real estate agent. He is knowledgeable, resourceful, patient, and very accessible. He spent many years showing us properties, on and off, not knowing if we'd ever bite the bullet and make a purchase but that didn't phase him. Every time I called about something I saw on Zillow, he immediately made arrangements to see it, any question I had he knew the answer to or would work to find it out. When we were finally ready to make a purchase, he made sure we got exactly what we wanted and helped us navigate through the whole process. We couldn't have done it without him!
We've come to appreciate just how difficult (especially in terms of high-end vacation property) selling real estate can be. It is more often than not a frustrating, thankless, and massive undertaking. The agent must own a positive outlook 24-7, while following market trends, communicating with sellers/buyers in an expedient fashion, negotiating terms without losing sight of the obligations that come with the job.
