SEATTLE, WA – Tuesday, September 24th, members of the global Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate (LRE®) 
network began arriving in Washington, D.C. to attend the 24th Annual Luxury Real Estate Fall Conference. The distinguished event brought together top real estate professionals, industry leaders and accomplished speakers from around the world to connect, share and discuss the latest trends in the luxury real estate industry.
The event began with the exclusive Board of Regents programming, which opened with an evening welcome reception. The following day, Regents heard from expert panels, 
led by Board of Regents members, discussing how companies and agents are spending their money and time to stay top-of-mind with their clients. Further to this, they explored an array of tools and services and the delicate balance between supporting agents and overwhelming them with marketing and technology options. Regents also attended round table discussions and a networking lunch and meeting. An additional reception was held that evening to welcome newly arrived guests and kick off formal programming.
Keynote speakers included Molly Bloom, author of the book Molly's Game, who shared in her presentation ‘Make Every 
Customer Feel Like a High Roller’ her incredible journey from being a college student and waitress to building and operating one the largest and most notorious private poker games in the world; and Matthew Ferrara a distinguished philosopher, photographer, speaker and writer. Matthew encouraged members to break away from the ordinary and nurture a next-level mindset of discipline and confidence, sharing how he, and the audience, can turn everyday activities into #AlwaysInspiring moments that fuel growth and inspire others.
In addition, Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate members enjoyed several sessions throughout the conference regarding ‘Growing a Brokerage,’ ‘Global Luxury Real Estate Investment Opportunities’ and ‘Best Marketing Practices for Your Luxury Listings,’ among others. 
Attendees also engaged in round table discussions examining commonalities and potential new business opportunities.
Additional targeted presentations led by LRE® partners covered agents and luxury auctions and best marketing practices for luxury listings. Washington D.C., including 3147 P Street NW, 4400 Garfield NW and 2750 32nd ST NW. The tour ended with a lively networking reception at 2728 32nd St NW in the upscale neighborhood of Massachusetts Ave. Heights.
The event culminated with a dinner and the celebrated LRE® Awards presentation. Sheryl Chinowth and Lee Cohen, founders/owners of Chinowth & Cohen Realtors, were honored with the Lifetime Achievement Award by virtue of their outstanding peer recognition, relentless hard work and persistent dedication to the real estate industry.
