NEW YORK – (October 29, 2008) - Three-time Emmy Award-winning morning personality Sukanya Krishnan, who is widely known for her role as co-anchor of the CW11 Morning News, recently closed on the sale of her Manhattan co-op apartment for an undisclosed amount. Krishnan had lived in the Murray Hill area apartment for ten years.
The property – a gorgeous two bedroom, two bathroom corner-unit at 159 Madison Avenue – had languished on the market until Coldwell Banker Previews International real estate agent, Richard Oceguera, took over the listing from a competing agency. The apartment went into contract within five weeks. Representing the buyer in the sale was Victoria Vinokur of Prudential Douglas Elliman.
Sukanya Krishnan is noted for being the first South Asian anchor in local morning news in the number one market in the country.
