Donate Toys for Tots at Pacific Union Bay Area Offices - Annual Bay Area Toy Collection Effort Underway Through December 19

San Francisco, CA – (November 11, 2008) – Every toy matters, especially when you’re a kid who might not even receive one for the holidays. Join Pacific Union GMAC Real Estate and help make the holidays brighter for many local underprivileged kids by participating in the Toys for Tots annual toy drive. Joining forces with the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve the holiday toy drop-off will be available at several Pacific Union offices in San Francisco, Marin, Wine Country, and the East Bay. Agents, clients and the community are encouraged to bring unwrapped toys to Pacific Union offices now through December 19.

"The holidays are all about the kids and spreading the spirit of joy and hope is accomplished with the Toys for Tots program. Giving a new toy to a child who would not have otherwise received a gift is very rewarding,” said Avram Goldman, President and CEO of Pacific Union GMAC. “I am proud to say Pacific Union is participating in this meaningful effort and we intend to collect as many toys as possible during the season."

The annual Toys for Tots program was founded on the goal to help needy children throughout the United States experience the joy of Christmas and to play an active role in the development of one of our nation's most valuable natural resources – our children. The toy collection and distribution campaign is an effort to unite people through a common cause each year, ultimately serving to build stronger communities for the future.
