Etheridge, is a native Floridian, a “Conch”, the name given to those lucky to be born in Key West, Florida. Etheridge was raised on 14 acres on Big Torch Key. When her parents bought a house in Sebastian nearly 25 years ago, she came to love the area and has called it her permanent home since 2019.
Etheridge’s previous work experience in construction, home inspections, building and development has given her a passion for real estate. The knowledge and skills she gained in those industries have transferred easily to the real estate arena, giving her a decided advantage for her clients when choosing a property. She is adept at helping people find the perfect community or neighborhood for their families and takes great pride in helping her clients find the right schools, church, medical providers and more. She is experienced at helping businesses locate new facilities, whether moving or opening an additional business.
Etheridge homeschools her two teenage boys and loves to do anything related to the ocean. She also enjoys live music, spending time with friends and traveling.
