Vantosh brings two decades of commercial real estate experience to her new role as Seabolt Real Estate’s Commercial President and specializes in building sales, retail and office leasing. An expert resource for the firm’s agents, she will identify commercial real estate opportunities for clients and will continue to serve her current clients while welcoming new clients. In addition, the Vantosh Commercial Group will also join Seabolt Real Estate, deepening the firm’s commitment to the commercial real estate market.
This accomplished commercial real estate expert previously served as an Associate Broker for Vantosh Realty Group, a fourth-generation, family-run commercial and residential real estate brokerage firm with offices in Atlanta and Savannah. Earlier in her career, she was an Associate Broker with Murray Hill Properties and Douglas Elliman Commercial, two top real estate firms in New York City.
Since moving to Savannah, Ga. in 2004, Vantosh has represented a wide range of commercial clients including Eastern Wharf, Mariner Grove Apartments, Southbound Brewery, the Victory Drive Shopping Center, SRM Concrete, the City of Savannah, Ben Carter Enterprises, Benchmark Realty, Rabin Real Estate, Jamestown Properties, Foram Group, Inc., The Douglas Hotel, Fuji Oil USA and DAI.
