Joe Serieno brings over 30 years of experience, having represented more than 15 million square feet across over 60 office projects for institutional as well as local owners. His expertise also spans agency leasing, acquisitions, and dispositions, including the repositioning of commercial office buildings as well as ground-up construction. Joe’s strategic approach to leasing is designed to align with ownership’s investment goals, maximizing rental rates and occupancy levels to enhance property value.

At CBRE, he was named among the Top 10 Producers four times. Most recently, at Avison Young, Joe established an office agency practice in Denver.
