SHELTON, CT-Bill Raveis, Chairman and CEO of William Raveis Real Estate, recently announced the winners for Super Sunday Sweepstakes, a company-wide open house contest. While drawing names of sales associates from bags, Mr. Raveis surprised six agents with prizes to Paris or London, a weekend get-away to New York or Boston and a complete Thanksgiving feast.
“This eight-week contest was a way for us to encourage agents to hold as many showings as possible,” said Mr. Raveis. “Sales associates were rewarded for their hard work and ability to give a home as much exposure as possible. They really put their best foot forward for this event!”
Susan Tedeschi of the company’s Scituate, MA office and Carol Brodeur of the Avon, CT office were awarded a trip to Paris or London. Phyllis Doonan of the firm’s Stamford, CT office and Marcia Izzo of the Newton, MA office won a weekend get-away to New York or Boston and Dane Kimmerle from the Falmouth, MA office and Ellen Castillo of the Avon, CT office were selected as the winners of a complete Thanksgiving feast.
The Super Sunday Sweepstakes is an event that was born this year to help agents further enhance the marketing and visibility of homes. During this eight-week contest, agents who held open houses on Sundays between 1-4pm were entered to win weekly and grand prizes. The final drawing for grand prizes was held on November 11th, 2010.
