(Bel Air, Calif.) Rodeo Realty has opened a new office at 202 N. Cañon Drive in Beverly Hills, California 90210. The 13,000 square foot space replaces the company’s branch on Beverly Drive.
The two-story building is located directly across from the luxury Montage hotel and in close proximity to top-notch restaurants such as Spago and Mastro’s. Wolcott Architecture/Interiors did the interiors.
The space has an abundance of natural light and floor-to-ceiling windows in most offices. It houses the company’s existing 100+ Beverly Hills agents. Rodeo Realty is also hiring an additional 80 agents to work out of the office.
In 2011 alone, Rodeo Realty has opened the new Beverly Hills office, opened a new 10,000 square foot office on the Sunset Strip in West Hollywood, and is placing finishing touches on a new 12,000 square foot office in Calabasas, Calif. The company’s sales volume for 2010 was approx. $1.8 billion.
