According to a report compiled by BrokerMetrics® for the period of August 2010-2011, Ms. Hanley completed 38 transactions totaling over $79 million in sales. The study listed 27 of the highest producing brokers in Indian River County.
Ms. Hanley, who sells exclusively at Windsor, the private residential and sporting community located in Vero Beach, also closed $10 million in oceanfront homesite sales which were outside of MLS listings in the same period and not included in the above report.
