Vail, CO, September 26, 2011- Four brokers with Slifer Smith & Frampton Real Estate (SSFRE) in the Vail Valley were ranked among the top 250 sales professionals in the United States in a recent report.
Real estate consulting and communications company REAL Trends Inc., in collaboration with The Wall Street Journal, recently released the latest annual list of the top 1,000 real estate sales professionals in the country, called “The Thousand”. The rankings are based on the number of closed real estate transactions during 2010. The list includes the top 250 individuals based on total closed sales volume, the top 250 teams in total sales volume, the top 250 individuals in closed transaction sides and the top 250 teams in closed transaction sides.
Kathy and Matt Iverson, based in SSFRE’s Arrowhead office, ranked 55th in the Top 250 real estate teams in the US based on closed transaction volume during 2010. Together they closed an impressive $85,051,000 during 2010.
Cathy Jones Coburn captured the 125th spot on the Top 250 real estate agents list based on the number of closed transaction volume during 2010. She closed $51,060,000 worth of transactions over the course of 2010.
David Adkins closed $37,377,500 during 2010, placing him at the 228th spot on the individual real estate agents list.
