A December installation breakfast marked an exciting phase in local real estate professional Gary Boisen’s career, as he was officially named President of the Laguna Board of REALTORS®.
“I’m incredibly honored to serve the Board, and most importantly, the Laguna Beach real estate marketplace as President for 2012,” Gary remarked. “Helping clients buy and sell homes within one of the nicest places in the world to live is an immensely satisfying profession for me. I look forward to assisting my clients, as well as supporting the wonderful community, throughout 2012 and beyond.”
When it comes to leadership within the Board, Gary’s involvement over the years has been extensive.
Having served on the Board for the past two years as a director, he’s headed up the organization’s Charitable Assistance Fund as president for the last three. In that capacity, he’s helped to raise funds for other 501(c) (3) nonprofits through various charitable initiatives. He’s also served as president of the Board’s Technology committee.
“I’ve never subscribed to the belief that my work as a real estate professional ends when the paperwork is signed,” he explained. “By involving myself with the Board, as well as with other real estate organizations and community initiatives, I reinforce my commitment to providing my clients with the most informed representation possible. Further, I’ve been able to develop strong relationships with agents and brokers from other real estate agencies throughout Orange County. I believe these relationships prove invaluable when representing my clients — my goal is to provide every client with the best service and guidance possible during, and after, their transaction.”
Having come to Southern California by way of the Midwest more than 25 years ago, Gary not only emanates an obvious passion for his profession — he offers clients the solid ethics and genuine commitment to serving others.
“I take a tremendous amount of pride in my old-fashioned values, and I believe that shines through in the level of service I deliver to each and every client I assist,” he stated.
