RUMSON: Resources Real Estate is proud to announce the expansion of their agent roster with three new sales associates: Shawn Karras, Stephanie Suplee Dey and Colleen Perfetti Daly. All three will be part of the company’s Rumson office.
Shawn Karras comes to real estate from a sales and product development career in the fragrance industry in Manhattan. A former Bergen County resident, she relocated to Fair Haven from Hoboken in 2009 with her husband and toddler son. She is a graduate of Ramapo College of New Jersey and has also worked as a Doncaster Clothing Wardrobe Stylist and enjoys spending time outdoors, skiing, snowboarding and biking.
Suplee Dey, a 16 year resident of Fair Haven, joins the company from a career in the legal and online information industry. A graduate of George Washington University and Villanova University School of Law, she has over 10 years of success in providing consultative sales and business solutions to business and legal professionals with LexisNexis. She is an active member of the community currently involved in local youth sport programs, Boy Scouts, and the PTA; she has served as a board member of a community church, and was a member of the Junior League of Monmouth County.
Colleen Perfetti Daly has a background in advertising where she worked for 10 years for a New York-based media company. Active in local organizations, she is a member of Junior League and on the boards of Mental Health Association of Monmouth County and Holy Cross PTA. She is a graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a resident of Middletown.

Diakon opened Resources Real Estate, a full service real estate company in 2000. McCormack joined her as co-owner in 2010.
