Lila Delman Real Estate, the recognized Rhode Island leaders in the sale of distinctive properties, walked away with a number of prestigious performance awards from the Kent Washington Association of REALTORS®, achieving both individual and team awards. The ceremony was held at the Crowne Plaza Inn at the Crossings in Warwick, Rhode Island.
Melanie Delman, President of Lila Delman Real Estate, and her associate Robin Nicholson were awarded the team Platinum Plus Award for the third year in a row, following Ms. Delman’s individual Platinum Plus win in the two prior years. The Platinum Plus Award is the highest achievement for total dollar value sold. Lori Joyal of the Watch Hill office was also awarded the Platinum Plus award. Of the top ten properties sold in 2011, Lila Delman Real Estate was involved with eight.
