Denver, CO (October 2012)—Fuller Sotheby’s International Realty (FSIR), a leader in the sale and purchase of luxury residences throughout Colorado, is pleased to announce that Nicole Wadsworth has joined the Denver Tech Center office of Greenwood Village as a broker.
Wadsworth has been honored with numerous awards including the Denver Board of Realtors Round Table of Excellence and the 5280 Five Star Professional Award. Her award winning approach has helped her clients to achieve their real estate goals and successfully sell or purchase a home. With extensive experience in the Public Trustee foreclosure/auction system, she also provides a unique asset to clients who are interested in the acquisition of properties though pre-foreclosure/short sale processes. Part of this experience includes an in-depth understanding of the construction industry, and helping clients renovate and return homes to market.
Wadsworth is most active in the South Denver, Greenwood Village and Cherry Hills real estate market, where she resides. She is also active in the Crested Butte market, where she has real estate holdings of her own and is very familiar with mountain and ranch properties as they become available. She attended Colorado State University, seeking a major in Construction Management, and earned her Realtor license while still in college, establishing real estate sales as her career path.
