To commemorate this achievement, Kerbs hosted a celebration Wednesday, December 5, 2012, announcing the building had sold in its entirety. The event took place in the Cottonwood Ballroom at the Four Seasons Hotel, co-hosted by First American Title Insurance and UMB Bank. Building residents, and key hotel and private residence staff were in attendance to toast their investments over signature cocktails and sumptuous fare.
