With the beginning of the New Year, the agents at West Venture Real Estate, LLC are optimistic that the housing market will continue to recover. As depicted in the chart below, the number of sold listings was higher each month in 2012 compared to 2011. With low interest rates and a decreasing inventory, buyer confidence is up and they are starting to feel an increased urgency to take advantage of the current market before prices rise.
