Wilson comes to Sotheby’s after a very successful career in the California real estate market where he served as Co-Founder and Owner of Wilson & Co. Sotheby’s International Realty. He also maintained the role of President of the San Luis Obispo Association of Realtors, among other important real estate ventures in Colorado, only adding to his understanding of the local marketplace.

He also successfully conceptualized and opened a prominent real estate center, the Brookhart’s Building Center in Colorado Springs, and established the first Home Do-It® Center stores in both California and Colorado. His wide-ranging skill set, from land development and negotiations, to new construction and luxury real estate sales, provides his clients with a distinct advantage when they enter the real estate market.
