Cummings earned his real estate license in 2006 and was previously with local residential builder Infinity Home Collection where he garnered the Rookie Sales Person of the Year award in 2007 from the Home Builders Association of Metro Denver. He has helped more than 300 clients with successful real estate transactions encompassing $130 million in closed real estate volume.
Cummings, a member of the Denver Metro Realtor Association, is known for his listening and communication skills, and his dedication to superior customer service. Cummings enjoys coaching his son in hockey and helping his daughter with her swim team, in addition to Colorado’s great outdoors. He studied business at Moorpark College, and along with his wife, Katy, provides support for Dakota Elementary School where their children attend.
