Jennifer Berry began her career in the luxury real estate Industry of Southwest Florida in 1996 after relocating from Michigan. Successfully managing the rental and customer service divisions of the largest rental company on Sanibel and Captiva Islands; Jennifer's desire to fully serve her clients lead her to join Ken Frey in opening their own brokerages on both Sanibel and Captiva islands.
Ken Frey originally from Greenwich, Connecticut, began visiting Sanibel with his family in 1972. He fell in love with the islands, like most visitors and relocated permanently in 1989. Ken is an expert in all Real Estate services. He has been a multi-million dollar producer since his first year in Real Estate on Sanibel and Captiva being named "Rookie of the Year" in 1992. He has used his knowledge and expertise to form one of the most active Real Estate Groups in Southwest Florida. Ken has dedicated himself to his community by serving on the Board of Directors for the Sanibel Chamber of Commerce.
Troy DeMond spent over 20 years motivating and helping others live a healthy lifestyle as a health club owner.
