SAN FRANCISCO, CA – Zephyr Real Estate welcomes two new agents to its Noe Valley office. Loida Sorensen, formerly with Coldwell Banker, and Tom Norwick, formerly with Herth Real Estate, are the newest members to join the Zephyr team.
Loida Sorensen, a San Francisco resident since 1986, has extensive knowledge of the City’s diverse neighborhoods and has assisted many clients in the listing and sale of properties throughout the City.
Drawing from her previous career in visual art and education, Sorensen brings creative solutions and a tenacious dedication to each of her client’s specific needs. She has a reputation for integrity and personal attention to every detail of the transaction, whether clients are looking to buy or sell San Francisco real estate, or both.
With over a decade of professional experience, Sorensen brings solid expertise and an extensive network of affiliated real estate services and professional relationships.
Tom Norwick has been representing real estate buyers and sellers in San Francisco for 27 years. His extensive experience runs the gamut from single-family homes, condominiums, multi-units and investment / exchange properties.
Since 1983 he has been working with both buyers and sellers in all San Francisco neighborhoods. He attributes this longevity to a love and passion for the special clients and properties of San Francisco. Norwick brings his qualities of honesty, professionalism, patience, attention to detail and hard work and carefully listening to the needs of his clients and a meticulous effort to address these. His real estate experience provides the basis for effective negotiating skills towards meeting his clients’ needs.
