At a breakfast for its agents held recently at the St. Francis Yacht Club, the company announced its Top Producers. These are agents who distinguished themselves by achieving extraordinary sales volumes in 2013, well above the industry norm.
For the second year in a row, Hill & Co.’s Top Producer companywide is Annie Williams, an agent who is among the top 1% of all agents in San Francisco in terms of sales volume. Hill & Co.’s #2 and #3 agents are Ron Sebahar and Missy Wyant Smit, respectively. Joan Gordon and David Cohen are the two principal members of Hill & Co.’s #1 top producing team companywide. Stephanie Ahlberg, Meagan Levitan, Donna Cooper, Kilby Stenkamp, Rachel Swann, Yola Haddad Ozturk and Tal Klein round out Hill & Co.’s top ten top producing agents, and Ron Wong and Mike Tekulsky make up the #1 Noe Valley office top producing team.
The local market was red hot in 2013, with most homes receiving multiple offers over the asking price.
