DENVER – Kentwood City Properties has announced that 11 of its Broker Associates or real estate teams recorded more than $20 million each in total sales volume for 2013, a remarkable accomplishment that represents 20 percent of the office’s real estate professionals. Eight individual brokers and three teams posted closed sale volumes ranging from more than $21 million to nearly $36 million for the year, a statistic that firmly establishes Kentwood City Properties as Denver’s premier real estate office. Kentwood City is one of three locations that comprise Kentwood Real Estate.
“Kentwood City Properties is proud to have so many brokers and teams surpass the $20 million milestone for 2013,” said Dee Chirafisi, Broker Associate and co-owner of the office. “This level of production places these real estate professionals among the upper echelon of all Realtors nationally. They are truly an elite group of brokers.”
Individual Brokers who posted more than $20 million in sales volume last year include Peter Blank, Dee Chirafisi, Heather Ehret-Faircloth, Ann Lenane, Carmelo Paglialunga, Jim Rhye, Liz Richards, and Deviree Vallejo.
Real estate teams who achieved the distinction include the Rivera Team comprised of Melody Rivera, Mike Rivera, Sara Glaze, Dianne Goldsmith, and Kerri Duffy; the Garrett/McNeill Team comprised of Kevin Garrett and Matt McNeill; and the Henderson Team comprised of Barbara Henderson, Mark Williams, and Kelly Williams.
The total sales volume for the eight brokers and three teams surpassed $308 million representing 590 real estate transactions for 2013. The total sales volume for Kentwood City Properties last year was $667 million, which is $140 million more than the previous record of $527 million posted by the office in 2012. Kentwood City Properties will celebrate its 15 anniversary this May.
“The remarkable sales volume achieved by Kentwood City brokers is a testament to the culture of our office,” Chirafisi continued. “Our entire group of brokers works hard to share sales techniques, market knowledge, and information on unique properties so that we compete well as a group rather than competing against one another. It’s a culture that is very supportive for everyone in the office.”
Indeed, over half the brokers in the office sold more than $10 million during 2013, which lead to an average sales volume of over $12 million for the year. And with all the excitement of Denver Union Station opening this summer directly across the street from KCP’s office, 2014 may be another banner year for this remarkable group of brokers.
