NEWPORT BEACH, CA - Surterre is thrilled to announce that Carolyn Keddington is back in the business of real estate full-time after a three-year hiatus.
“Spending time volunteering for my community and serving on the high school PTA board, plus getting involved in the fundraising efforts of the track and cross country program proved incredibly rewarding, and I’ve thoroughly enjoyed the past few years,” Carolyn remarked. “But I’m also very happy to be back to Surterre. When it comes to supporting its agents with resources that ensure smooth transactions, no other locally based brokerage compares.”
Throughout the course of her career, Carolyn has become known for her unwavering commitment to her clients and her in-depth knowledge of the communities that comprise the coastal area—schools in particular. Having called the Newport Beach area home since 2001 and raised four children here, she’s been a member of the National Charity League for more than 9 years. She’s also served on the AYSO board and been a member of the Newport Beach Tennis Club and the Newport Beach Country Club.
When Carolyn launched her career as a real estate professional in 2005, she experienced immediate success, closing more than $15 million in sales that year alone. Having grown up in a family of prominent real estate professionals in the Palo Alto area, she was familiar with the principles of the business, but over the years it’s been her passion, her willingness to work around the clock to achieve her clients’ goals, and her ability to help clients identify the details of their real estate objectives that’s made her a favorite among buyers and sellers alike.
