Statistics are produced for each of the City’s 89 neighborhoods, the 10 MLS-defined districts as well as overall citywide stats.
Tracked information includes active properties versus sold properties, average days on market, percentage of original asking price received at final sales price, average price per square foot, median sales price and number of active listings by month. All charts are furnished to agents in a variety of formats, including embedding in their own websites. The charts automatically refresh monthly as new market data becomes available.
