SEATTLE, WA USA – The 12th Annual Luxury Real Estate Spring Retreat was held Sunday, April 27th to Wednesday, April 30th at The Ritz-Carlton in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The Gala Dinner & Presentation of the Luxury Real Estate Lifetime Achievement Award was the highlight of the event, which honored Beth Beauchamp for her remarkable career as one of the most respected real estate experts on all things waterfront.
A well-rounded array of topics were discussed throughout the retreat, which provided attendees with expert panels and presentations on marketing to a new generation of wealthy buyers, taking control of marketing and technology, real estate and citizenship, the who, what and why of luxury real estate auctions, how to out behave your competition and how to implement a complete paperless solution. Other Luxury Real Estate legends, and award recipients, Audrey Ross, Bill Mitchell, Saul Cohen and Diane Turton shared insight from their collective careers on a panel. Keynote speakers included Bernard Baumohl, chief global economist at The Economic Outlook Group, and Bob Danzig, former CEO of Hearst Newspapers, who shared his wisdom on the common traits of successful individuals.
Attendees also took advantage of several networking opportunities as well as chances to experience the Floridian lifestyle with a morning beach walk, high-rise property tour and a yacht tour. Members of the Luxury Real Estate Board of Regents, the governing body of the network which celebrates its 10 year anniversary in 2014, met preceding the event.
