BROOKLINE, MA – Saul Cohen, President and Co-founder of Hammond Residential Real Estate in Chestnut Hill, recently hosted a group of international luxury real estate professionals on an exclusive tour of high-end Brookline properties and Hammond listings on Wednesday, October 8 during the annual Luxury Real Estate Fall Conference.
Attendees of the Hammond property tour enjoyed viewing four exclusive Brookline listings in the estate area near The Country Club, including 75 Sargent Street, marketed by Victoria Whitney; 290 Warren Street, marketed by Eileen Strong O’Boy; 63 Hillside Avenue, marketed by Eileen Strong O’Boy and Pauline Ho Bynum; and 407 Warren Street, marketed by Mona Wiener and Shari Wiener. Tour attendees were most impressed with the exquisite properties, in particular their proximity, and ease of commutability, to downtown Boston.

The 19th Annual Luxury Real Estate Fall Conference was held at the Fairmont Copley Plaza Hotel on Monday, October 6 – Wednesday, October 8 and featured keynote speakers Kip Bodnar of HubSpot and Kermit Baker from the Joint Center for Housing Studies at Harvard University. Discussions at the conference covered multiple topics of great interest to those who serve the high net-worth demographic, with a particular emphasis on market trends, technology solutions and recent innovations in the industry. The conference concluded with a gala honoring Hammond President and Co-founder Saul Cohen with the Lifetime Achievement Award for his excellence and the example he has set within the real estate industry. Cohen also serves on the Luxury Real Estate Board of Regents, which celebrates its 10th anniversary in 2014, and was also the recipient of the Extraordinary Philanthropist award in 2010.
