Patricia J. Petersen, President and CEO of Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty made the announcement.

In his new position, Sam will be working closely with sales manager Deborah Petkanas. “Sam and I have a great working relationship marked by our complementary skill sets,” said Ms. Petkanas. “He is well liked and respected by our sales team and is sure to be a great resource to all of us.”
Widely acknowledged in the profession to be a fair but tough negotiator, Sam Marcus is a top producing associate broker with two decades of real estate experience including sales, leasing and property management. He comes to his new position after working out of Daniel Gale Sotheby’s Roslyn and Manhasset offices. In 2010 and 2011, Sam was the Manhasset office’s outstanding listing leader, outstanding unit leader and bulk listing (condos, co-ops, apartments) leader.
