COLD SPRING HARBOR, NY – Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty (DGSIR), one of the nation’s leading realtors, has assigned accomplished sales manager Deborah Hauser additional regional sales responsibility. Ms. Hauser will continue to manage the overall sales efforts for Cold Spring Harbor with regional oversight of East Norwich, adding the organization’s two Huntington offices at year’s end. Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty President and CEO Patricia J. Petersen made the announcement.
“Since Deb Hauser took her first sales management post in 2012, she’s been a galvanizing force,” said Ms. Petersen. “She continues to be one of our top producing agents, is a director of our very successful Business Development program, and has demonstrated her tremendous value as a coach for both new and experienced agents.”
Deborah will take regional responsibility for Daniel Gale Sotheby’s two Huntington offices as of January 1, 2015 when Angela Anderson, who has managed the region and the Huntington offices since 1992, retires. “Deb is representative of the best of what the new generation of real estate management has to offer,” said Ms. Anderson. “Growing up as the daughter of a top real estate agent and manager, Deb entered this profession with her eyes wide open. She brings a passion and enthusiasm to her work that’s backed by education and experience.”
Upon joining DGSIR in 2002, Deborah Hauser quickly established herself among the top producers in the organization, and within four years earned membership in the exclusive Gold Circle of Excellence, which represents the highest level of sales achievement at Daniel Gale Sotheby’s. As a director of the Business Development program, the production of program participants has increased by 183% under her tutelage.
Perhaps Deborah comes by her talent naturally, as her mother, Carol Tintle, has written her own success story at Daniel Gale Sotheby. “My mother helped me to understand the work ethic that’s involved in a successful real estate career,” attests Deborah. “To do well in sales of any type requires a commitment of time and a dedication to your clients.”
