RUMSON, NJ - Resources Real Estate recently launched its company boat, “Sea Lion,” for the upcoming boating season. The 50-foot Sea Ray "Sea Lion," docked at The Shrewsbury River Yacht Club in Fair Haven, gives clients an opportunity to view waterfront property from the water, as well as through more traditional access.
“We take prospective buyers, out-of-area brokers and HR executives around the Two River region to experience our gorgeous area and one of its most important features — the waterfront,” said Senior Partner and Broker Carolyn Ozar-Diakon.
Because of its close proximity to Manhattan, prospective buyers can arrange pick up from the Manhattan commuter ferry and cruise the waterfront along Sandy Hook Bay as well as the Navesink and Shrewsbury rivers through the end of September. Managing Partner and Broker Tom McCormack added, “It makes a real difference to see your new home from a different vantage point—you see the whole property and the impression it makes from the water.”
Waterfront property tours are available by appointment only. For more information, contact McCormack at 732.212.0440.
