SEATTLE, WA – Sunday, September 23rd, members of the global Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate (LRE®) network began arriving in Austin, Texas to attend the 23rd Annual Luxury Real Estate Fall Conference. 
The distinguished event brought together top real estate professionals, industry leaders and accomplished speakers from around the world to connect, share and discuss the latest trends in the luxury real estate industry.
The event began with the exclusive Board of Regents programming, which opened with an evening welcome reception hosted by Kuper Sotheby’s International Realty. The following day, Regents were inspired by Thomas Wright of Summit Sotheby’s International Realty that ‘It’s Time to Show Up and Engage.’ Waterfront Properties and Club Communities’ David Abernathy discussed ‘Using the Internet to Secure and Sell Listings’ and Joe Burke with First Team Real Estate presented ‘You® The Power of Personal Branding in Real Estate.’ 
Regents also attended round table discussions and a networking lunch and meeting. An additional reception was held that evening to welcome newly arrived guests and kick off formal programming.
Keynote speakers included strategic futurist Nancy Giordano who discussed several innovations and disruptions that could impact the day-to-day running of a luxury real estate brokerage; and Michelle Poler, a passionate social entrepreneur and Founder of Hello Fears, a social movement empowering million to step outside their comfort zone and tap into their full potential. Poler led a talk that encouraged guests to alter their perceptions of fear and take action by dealing with the unknown, daring to fail and leading with accountability.
In addition, Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate members led expert panel discussions throughout the conference regarding 
“Reaching an International Audience Both Locally and Internationally,” “Ninja Selling – Build a Smart Business in Luxury Real Estate,” “Get Uncomfortable and Grow Your Business” and “The Future of Real Estate.” Attendees also engaged in round table discussions examining different obstacles agents, companies and the industry are facing.
Additional targeted presentations led by Luxury Real Estate partners covered navigating the luxury second home market, understanding your risk and utilizing video to win over more clients. The event culminated with a dinner and the celebrated LRE® Awards presentation. Elizabeth Stribling, Founder and Chairman of Stribling & Associates, was honored with the Lifetime Achievement Award by virtue of her outstanding peer recognition, relentless hard work and persistent dedication to the real estate industry.
