Lorie Leal was just awarded 2018 REALTOR of the Year. This award recognizes the REALTOR who has contributed outstanding leadership and service to the association. Lorie has done so by stepping up as Board President and has embraced her role with the many commitments associated with this including involvement on a local, state and national level.
Lorie has promoted FIRM and worked on getting the Florida Keys Board of Realtors to be included in the group insurance – something greatly needed for self-employed REALTORS. 
Additionally, on a professional level she has served as a mentor to a new licensee sharing her knowledge and experience in the Keys real estate market.
On the philanthropic side Lorie is on the board for MarrVelous Pet Rescues and volunteers her time to help animals in need.
