SHREWSBURY, NJ - Resources Real Estate presented several sales associates with company awards to honor their outstanding achievements during the month of October 2018. The company meeting took place on November 7th at the Atlantic Highlands Cinema in 
Monmouth County, NJ.
Sales Associate Colleen McGowan, who works in the Monmouth Beach office, was named Agent of the Month. This award is given to an agent in recognition of having top sales success in the previous month, including new listings, recent contracts and sold transactions, as well as past client recognition of their efforts, and other business-building activities.
“This is the second month in a row that Colleen is receiving this award for having the highest sales,” 
said Carolynn Ozar-Diakon, Senior Partner and Broker. “This by itself is proof of her hard work and dedication. The results speak for themselves.”
Sales associate Tammy Brindise, who works in the Rumson office, was named Top Listing Agent for having multiple listings with a total value of about $6.35 million.
The Commercial Agent Award was presented to sales associate and director of the commercial division Jo Ann Davenport from the Red Bank office. Jo Ann won this award for $2.3 million in new commercial listings and a $1 million in closed commercial transactions in the month of October.
Sales Associate Patrice George, from the Monmouth Beach office, won the Perseverance Award, an honor that is presented to an agent who closes a transaction despite great challenges. Patrice represented buyers whose transaction financing was complicated due to their location outside the US. Patrice’s follow up and attention to detail helped this property close, despite the challenges.
The Rainmaker Award was given to sales associate Christopher Ozar from the Atlantic Highlands office, whose primary market is Hoboken/Jersey City. This is an honor bestowed on a sales associate for his or her effort to build their business in an innovative or otherwise significant way. Chris won this month’s award for his creative initiative to produce and star in a humorous, spooky Halloween open house video.
Lastly, sales associates Dennis Soboti, also from the Atlantic Highlands office, received the Team Spirit Award. Nominated by fellow Resources’ agent Joyce Diamond, Dennis received the award for his continued support of his colleagues.
