Torie Beauchamp

Torie Beauchamp is originally from Philadelphia, PA. and spent most of her summers on the beaches of Long Beach Island in New Jersey. Prior to partnering with the owner of Intercoastal Realty, Beth Beauchamp and John Beauchamp, Torie owned and operated her on real estate brokerage company. Before that, she worked for a major accounting firm and an insurance claims adjusting company. Torie has lived and worked here in East Fort Lauderdale for 26 years. She lives in and knows the neighborhoods. She really enjoys matching people with the right home!

When Torie is not selling real estate she devotes her time to her family. She has, along with her husband of 26 years, raised 2 native Floridians. Her daughter is a 3rd year Honor Student at the University of Florida. Her son is a 2012 Honors Graduate of the University of Florida and is presently a second year student at Georgetown Law School. She is very proud of her 2 children, both of whom want to return to Fort Lauderdale to pursue their careers and raise families of their own. Her husband is a Partner with the law firm of Panza, Maurer and Maynard here in Fort Lauderdale. His practice involves all areas of litigation, contract disputes and commercial law.
