Robin started her real estate career in 1998. Her expertise is representing high-end luxury properties and development sales. Her career highlights include a $7 million dollar listing in Country Club that in today's market would be $15 million, a $65 million dollar land purchase, and the $100 million dollar development of One Lincoln Park. At One Lincoln Park, Robin achieved more than the accumulative sales of four other team members. In her second year she was promoted to Manager of Sales & Marketing. After six years, the Investors/Developers approached her to start a real estate company. Robin served as the Employing Broker, Managing Broker and Director of Sales & Operations at Tower One Real Estate. As a manager she was able to implement new ideas in marketing, advertising, team philosophy, client relationships, and communication between investors, partners, developer, architect, design center, staff, and clients. Robin also performed over 20 'LIVE' television segments on Channel 9's Colorado & Company for One Lincoln Park. Her passion for her career comes from building relationships with ALL clients from HIGH-NET-WORTH purchasers and sellers to FIRST TIME HOME BUYERS, and even LANDLORDS with luxury properties. As a former teacher, Robin is also passionate about TRAINING a team of dynamic support staff to ensure EVERYONE who hires Robin is getting the highest level of service the industry offers.
