Catherine Buchanan

Catherine Buchanan joins Snell Real Estate with a diverse background and extensive real estate experience in Los Cabos. In more than 20 years on the Baja peninsula, Cathy has sold property in Todos Santos, Cabo San Lucas, San Jose del Cabo and the East Cape. She has co-developed property in the region and has bought, built and sold a number of homes and properties. She is well versed in Mexican real estate documentation and processes. A graduate of the University of California at Santa Barbara, Cathy Buchanan moved to Baja California Sur in 1986 and began her real estate career in Todos Santos in 1987. “I feel very fortunate to call Los Cabos home. I enjoy the process of helping families find the home or property that works with their investment portfolio and allows them to begin enjoying the Sea of Cortez, our beautiful beaches, golf courses, art galleries, wonderful restaurants and friendly community.” Cathy is fluent in Spanish and speaks a bit of Modern Greek having studied ancient art and architecture in Greece.  She has a teenage son who was born in La Paz and raised in Los Cabos.
