Description

"I love real estate." John has been selling houses and condos for 18 years and counting after first getting his real estate license 1997. His experience, however, in the industry might track back to the 1980's as a kid growing up in Denver's southern suburbs. John learned the trade from his mother, and was eager to help her with brochures, open houses, and maps to properties for special events. After graduating from Cherry Creek High School, John left Colorado to attend Middlebury College in Vermont and returned with degrees in music and geography. After a brief stint at making maps, he obtained his real estate license and was "hired" as his mother's assistant at The Devonshire Company. In 1999 John joined Fuller Towne & Country Properties (now LIV Sotheby's) and worked out of the Downtown/Lodo Fuller office from 1999 - 2001. From 2001-2007 he had is license with Kentwood City Properties. In mid-2007, John re-joined Sotheby's selling real estate as a "team" with Ann Ludwig which allows each of them to expand their services to their clients. John's experience has primarily been in selling Central Denver homes, lofts, and condos, and Ann's expertise falls in points farther south in areas such as Cherry Hills Village and Greenwood Village. Together they have nearly 60 years of real estate experience and have a working knowledge of almost every marketplace in the metro area ... and now with LIV Sotheby's International Realty, their marketplace has gone global!
