Walter López is the founder, owner, and director of México Boutique Realty. Previously he was the founder and a co-owner of México Luxury Estates. His proven professional background in sales, marketing, and cross-cultural business brings a recognized depth and perspective to México Boutique Realty.

Walter’s long-held interest in real estate began after his personal involvement in several successful high-value real estate transactions involving his personal business circle, primarily in the markets of Cuernavaca, México City, and in the Mexican State of Tabasco. It became only a matter of time until he created and succeeded in México Luxury Estates, to then evolve his real estate business into a national company in México that is now known as México Boutique Realty.

With business experience acquired in each of Canada, the USA and México; Walter has a professionally-clear and distinct, yet wisely-practical, understanding of the different cultural value-systems, priorities, social attitudes, business practices, and legal structures operating within and between these three dynamic partner-countries.

In México, Walter engages with an international premier clientele who intentionally-select México for a second (or third or fourth) home or as a secure country for an investment opportunity. At the same time, he offers his clientele with the opportunity to purchase their Mexican dream home through a trusted professional who understands their personal and cultural expectations, speaks their own language, and who has access to highly-respected legal, notarial, and tax advice services in México.

Walter is fluent in both the Spanish and English languages. He achieved a bachelor degree in science from the respected University of Autonoma de Guadalajara in México. As marketing is one of his strengths, he took an interest in Intellectual Property rights and acquired the rights to a prominent name in Mexico, the USA, and Europe, and he sells access to these rights in alliance with CMG Worldwide of Beverly Hills, California. This combined expertise has helped Walter create direct real estate alliances with companies such as REMAX Polanco and Century 21 Polanco in México City, Sotheby’s and The Agency in California, and other local companies in various cities of México. Walter believes networks and alliances are a key element to succeed in the real estate business world.

Walter is also passionate about social causes that promote culture in Mexico. He is creator, founder, and sponsor of Cuernavaca Clasica (cuernavacaclasica.com), a non-for-profit organization that has for the past three years offered the public with a free Classical Christmas concert, which is held at Cuernavaca’s historic Cathedral (a structure founded by non-other than conquisitador Hernan Cortes). In year 2023 the concert featured a Latin Grammy Award-winning artist. The intention of this annual concert, as promoted by México Boutique Realty, is to make classical music accessible to the citizens of Cuernavaca.
