Marge Chirchick

Marge Chirchick is part of the Rodeo Realty Family in Beverly Hills in the residential real estate industry since 1979. She has listed and sold in excess of $1 Billion in listings and sales on the Westside of Los Angeles and surrounding areas, including the San Fernando Valley as an Estates Director and a New Homes Director. Marge markets and sells all in price ranges. She has the expertise to facilitate the most complex transactions representing owners in the resale of their homes; fine estate properties; condominiums; buyers searching for their dream home; developers bringing new homes to the market; lenders administering joint ventures and foreclosures; estates and general attorneys and families in probate and trust sales, and income property investments; Experienced and certified in short-sale transactions. Not surprisingly, Marge was the top-producing agent company-wide with the fifth largest company nationwide, as well as being the top producing agent in the largest branch offices on the Westside, and is one of Rodeo Realty's top producing agents! Before entering real estate Marge was an educator who worked with special needs children with a master's degree in special education and minors in Speech & Drama and Psychology. A born communicator and marketer, Marge created a publishing company where she wrote teaching guides to accompany feature films for major studios such as Paramount, Universal and Mulberry Square Productions. Eventually, she found her passion in real estate in 1979, where she has remained ever since! Marge continues to use the 'educational approach' with her clients - whether they're buyers, sellers, or developers - because she understands that knowledge is power and a prime stress reliever. She loves working with first-time buyers and holds their hands throughout the entire process! She's even held the hands of major trial attorneys, business managers, and celebrities! She has been on the planning committee of organizations doing community service for many years. Volunteered for the International Umbrella Project raising thousands of dollars for Habitat for Humanity; Co-Chairs The Los Angeles Jewish Film Festival; On boards of two non-profit organizations, one advocating for special needs people, and the other raising money for Hadassah Hospitals in Israel. Marge gives back to communities! Marge is the proud mother of two adult children - Daughter Staci, married and living in London, with Ezra her five-year-old grandson, and Zoe her three-year-old granddaughter. Staci and her husband Max are educators in the finest private school in the UK. Her son Max resides in Los Angeles. Marge's family is complete with Jaxx, her Bichon Frise.
