Marnie Rosenthal

Born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, Marnie had no plans to leave Illinois. After a successful 12 year career in Chicago, working in the manufacturing industry, designing and implementing converting systems, Marnie found herself moving to California to help her Mom battling Cancer. After a short year there, Marnie and her family moved to Scottsdale, Arizona. Once there, Marnie realized that her fluency in Spanish may help her realize her dream of opening her own manufacturing business. Taking the 9 day crash course in real estate and passing the exams, Marnie was raring to go! However, after a colleague needed to purchase some land, she jumped on the task and closed the parcel in less than 30 days. From that moment forward, Marnie decided to pursue a career as a REALTOR® and has never looked back. Marnie prides herself on knowing the pulse of the market, following the latest market trends, watches the stock market and dow, keeps track of the foreclosures in the area and stays current with the newest changes in real estate law and significant designations. It is important to Marnie to maintain her expertise; always having the latest information available for her clients, to help them make informed decisions. It’s critical to stay on the cutting edge and she always knows where the market is, where it’s going, and how it will affect her clients. Marnie has been a consistent top producer since she started at Russ Lyon Sotheby's almost a decade ago.
