Wilson Associates is an agency of select real estate professionals whose primary intention is to serve the ever-growing city of Greenville and Upstate South Carolina with nothing short of excellence. Sharon Wilson and Nick Carlson founded the company in 2014 with the goal of offering a new synergy to the continually growing real estate market of Greenville.

Much of Greenville’s growth can be attributed to former Mayor Max Heller and current Mayor Knox White (serving since 1995), who were each pivotal in bringing businesses such as BMW, The Fluor Corporation and Michelin to Greenville, sparking major growth and revitalization of the city as an international community, and a highly desirable location in which to live and work. Among the many amenities of Historic Greenville are the Swamp Rabbit Trail, a much loved biking and walking trail; The Peace Center for the Performing Arts; Falls Park on the Reedy River; the beautifully restored and historic Poinsett Hotel and Court Street; and Fluor Field at the West End, home of the Greenville Drive, a state of the art baseball park modeled after Fenway Park, home of the Boston Red Sox. Greenville has become a much loved destination for Pro Cyclists from around the world and a highly respected Arts community, with numerous galleries, artisans, theatres and a stellar Greenville Symphony Orchestra, under the direction of famed Maestro Edvard Tchivzhel. Greenville is surrounded by beautiful mountains, and maintains a comfortable climate as well.

Since their formation, Wilson Associates has proven to be a prime mover in the Greenville SC Real Estate market, with real estate sales topping $100 million during their first year alone, and rising to new heights with each passing year. Their slogan is “We’re Everywhere” and they are. Wilson Associates serves all of Upstate SC from its most established neighborhoods, renowned Golf Communities, Downtown Condominiums, new construction homes to horse farms and acreage.

Sharon has provided over 30 years of stellar real estate service in the area, consistently ranking in the top percentile of the city and state sales, as well as internationally. Together with Nick Carlson, another top selling agent in Greenville, Wilson Associates was formed to serve the coveted Neighborhoods of Greenville SC and surrounding areas with preeminence.
