Caroline Rocco Dennis, an Associate Broker with Summit Sotheby's International Realty, has spent over 15 years working for the Sotheby's brand and knows the company, philosophy and global network intimately. As a seasoned luxury marketing and real estate professional, Carrie is licensed in both Utah and New York. As a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) she has successfully negotiated the sale and purchase of many sought-after properties in Utah and New York to include 740 Park Avenue's penthouse triplex, one of the most prominent sales in Manhattan.
Using the utmost discretion, Carrie takes pride when it comes to working with and representing her wide range of US-based and international clients from the worlds of finance, entertainment, sports, media, technology, real estate and art. She has been featured as a real estate expert on national media outlets including CNBC and her listings have had detailed coverage in People Magazine, The New York Times, The New York Post & The Observer to name a few.
As a Park City resident, Carrie has had the good fortune to live in several different areas such as on the slopes in Deer Valley, on farmland off of Old Ranch Road and in a gated golf course community. Her real estate expertise allows her to specialize in the marketing, sales and purchases of a variety of properties from primary and secondary luxury residences to ski in/ski out condos, new developments, investment properties and land.
Prior to moving to Park City, Carrie was a Global Real Estate Advisor and Associate Broker with Sotheby's International Realty's Manhattan office on the Upper East Side, where her New York license is still held. Before she joined Sotheby's International Realty, she worked as an executive at Sotheby's Auction House, where she oversaw the Special Events and Sponsorship Marketing Department. She was also a founder and part of the management team of a high-end luxury retail site. Carrie began her career as a sports marketing professional working closely with top athletes, sports agents, commissioners, television networks and sports leagues including MLB, NHL, MLS, and the PGA Tour.
Carrie attended the Madeira School outside of Washington, DC, and earned her undergraduate degree from Cornell University. She has served as a board member, trustee and advisory member of a number of cultural and not-for-profit organizations such as Cornell University, The Children's Museum of the East End, Carnegie Hall's Notables and the National Museum of Women in the Arts. She currently sits on the board of the Kimball Art Center in Park City.
