Working with Angie was a dream! Her knowledge and expertise made the process of finding and purchasing my condo easy and efficient. Angie is non-judgmental but willingly answered all my questions and concerns. I felt that she always had time for me and was able to discern my wishes for what would be the best real estate choice as a new resident in Salt Lake. I would recommend Angie as an outstanding realtor.

If I could give Angie 20 stars out of 5 I would. Being first time home buyers, my partner and I knew very little about what to look out for and I was fearful about being taken advantage of, but Angie worked around our hectic work schedule and we did most of our home tours on the weekend. She is super responsive, super knowledgeable, very kind, very patient, full of spunk, and is just an all around good person. By the end of our search, I now trust her with literally everything. I've asked for her recommendations on contractors, electricians, plumbers, you name it. I've already recommended a bunch of friends to her as I know she'll take good care of them. If and when it comes time to look for a new place, you bet I'll turn to her. I can't recommend Angie Nelden enough!!! =)

I highly recommend Angie Nelden as a realtor. She is professional, knowledgeable, and experienced. She is also very patient--working with me for over a year to find a home in a very competitive market. She was very quick to respond to my communications and available to visit homes on short notice. If you are looking for a top notch agent look no further! I am also a Real Estate agent of 14 years in Michigan. Recently my daugheter and I travled to SLC looking for a home. Angie by far exceded our expectations of working with someone we had never met. From the second we got there to even the weeks after we left she never stopped working for us! She even went to homes and condos for us after we were back in Michigan and sent us videos. Angie took late night and early morning calls even on the weekend! I've worked with Angie Nelden on two real estate transactions- a purchase and a sell. She will be my go-to realtor for life! Angie was recommended to me by a dear friend who worked with her on a real estate transaction. At the time, I had been looking for almost one year for a home in one of the highly sought-after neighborhoods in Sugarhouse. After working with Angie, we were under contract on our dream home in less than one month! Angie's knowledge of the area, her responsiveness, and her contacts/relationships are THE reason we got into the house. We also worked with Angie on the sale of a home in Sugarhouse at the height of the Covid-19 pandemic, a crazy time for everything, including real estate! The sale took longer than is typical for the area, but we stayed the course and ended up with an offer at our full asking price. Angie and her team at Sotheby's provided informative data throughout the process which Angie used to translate into recommendations and action. In our case it meant staging an otherwise empty home; which I was reluctant to make the investment to do so. I trusted Angie's recommendation, staged the home, and we had a full price offer in our hands the same day! My best advice would be to... 1. Hire Angie and 2. Listen to Angie!

Angie is a very knowledgeable and experienced realtor. As Utah transplants, my husband and I were glad to have her guide us through our home buying process in Salt Lake City. She listened to our needs and was helpful and responsive throughout the process. She was even able to pivot to the changing market and show us properties with hand sanitizer and wipes at the ready as the COVID quarantine began! When it came to time to make an offer, Angie gave us thorough advice and we were able to secure a great price for our new home. In addition, she is an excellent source of referrals for any services you will need for your future home.

I was an indecisive buyer for many years and Angie always had the patience and time to help me shop and guide my decisions. When it came time to sell a home, I knew who I would use. She was quite vested in the details (showed up to the house for pictures and moved/shuffled things around for the photographer) and very responsive with questions we had. We got feedback from her from each showing and had an offer within days of listing. Through the negotiating and contract/inspection/appraisal process, she exhibited deep knowledge that made my wife and I comfortable knowing that we were getting the most out of this transaction and no details would be left out. Very easy to deal with, quick to response and very informative.

Angie is amazing! She showed me homes throughout the valley and was so knowledgeable about every location.
