Jessica Chase

Jessica joined Gustave White Sotheby's International Realty in 2013 and quickly established herself in the Newport area real estate market. Although not a Rhode Island native, Jessica closed on $6 million in properties in her second year, while building a significant, loyal clientele base. Jessica's professionalism, knowledge of the market, and her attentiveness to her clients' needs make her an ideal agent for finding or selling a home in Rhode Island. In addition to sales, Jessica also specializes in seasonal and yearly rentals. She has a great reputation in the War College community for her assistance in locating appropriate housing in the local market for out of town clients. Prior to joining Gustave White, Jessica spent over 12 years in sales and marketing in San Francisco, most notably starting, establishing, and eventually selling her own business. She is extremely personable and reliable, while always bringing a great sense of humor to her day to day life. When Jessica is not in the office, she enjoys a very active life that takes advantage of all that Rhode Island has to offer, including running, biking, hiking, yoga, and travel.
