Description

Scott grew up skiing the slopes of New England. He moved to Beaver Creek a few years after college in late 1992 ‘to ski bum for one season but when the snow melted, I couldn't leave’. He has been a licensed Colorado Realtor since 1994. Though he has hundreds of millions in sales, he prefers to boast about hundreds of loyal, happy customers. Scott says, “I believe in guiding my clients diligently and objectively so they can make excellent decisions. When they succeed with their real estate agenda, I succeed with mine.”
THE LONG STORY: Prior to joining LIV Sotheby’s International Realty in 2016, Scott was with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices in Beaver Creek for twenty years. He was a Managing Broker from 2008 to 2011. Scott served as an elected Member Director at the Vail Board Of Realtors® from 2010 to 2013. Since 2004, Scott Bandoni has been one of the most consistent, top-producing Brokers in the Vail Valley. Through his clients, he is acclaimed for methodical guidance through every facet of the buying and selling processes; market research, economic analysis, transition planning, hands-on marketing, diligent contract procedure, and consistent communication. Scott also has the unique ability to implement his expertise in both the Vail Valley and Boulder County markets. He has resided in the Vail Valley since 1992. He and his family migrated to Boulder in 2012 to pursue the ideal education for his children. Scott now splits his personal and professional time between both towns.
THE PERSONAL STORY: Originally from Burlington, Massachusetts, Scott graduated from Merrimack College in North Andover, MA in 1990 with a business degree in marketing. After two years in Boston’s newspaper industry, he moved to the Vail Valley in 1992 to ‘ski bum’ for a few years before getting too old to do so. Although he came for winter, he decided to stay permanently because of summer. He soon met a girl and they married in Beaver Creek Village. They now have two young-adult children. Carina graduated from CU-Boulder in 2022. She is graphic designer, and she recently moved to Boston. Cameron is at CU and majoring in ice hockey -until further notice. Beyond family and business life, Scott is passionate about road/gravel/mountain biking, hockey, tennis/pickleball, wine, craft beer, northern California, Italy, Kauai, and his garage band on a good night.
