Michael Milano leads his group of licensed professionals, formally of Milano Brothers Builders who have been building custom homes in Monmouth & Ocean Counties since 1985. Michael has over 37 years of experience in Selling Real Estate including New Home Construction, Renovations, Sub-Division Approvals, Land Acquisition, Lease Agreements and Foreclosures. Michael also has extensive knowledge of Waterfront properties prompted most recently by the events of “Superstorm Sandy” in which Michael recognized the importance of becoming better educated and so began the process by first attending a FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) seminar at the PNC Art Center followed by Governor Christie’s Press Conference in Seaside Heights where he announced the adoption of the ABFE (Advisory Base Flood Elevations), another FEMA seminar at the Seaview Marriott, a FEMA Open House in Toms River, numerous webinars and presented seminars for Diane Turton Agents with one including an Attorney, Engineer and Insurance Agent. Michael then went on and developed an exclusive Letter of Interpretation of an Elevation Certificate with a local Engineer, all of which should make you feel comfortable whether you are Buying or Selling a Waterfront home.

Sabine Jarvis: The Group's Team Leader, Listing & Contract Coordinator for the past 25 years and Accredited Staging Professional oversees the day to day office activity in addition to the implementation of our Marketing Program. Sabine is responsible for following up on feedback daily for each property listing and communicating on a monthly basis to our clients in addition to preparing Marketing Activity Reports & monitoring of all websites. She is also responsible for each transaction from Contract through closing of title as well as keeping our clients updated each step of the way throughout the transaction. As another of the Group’s Buyer Specialists she is dedicated to helping you find your Dream Home. Sabine has over 37 years of Client Satisfaction experience.

Christina Waldhelm: A long time resident of Brick Township, Christina had re-joined "The Milano Group" with over 25 years of Real Estate and Real Estate Referral experience. Her extensive knowledge of Brick Township and the neighboring Towns is a welcomed asset to the Group. Christina understands the stress of Buying and Selling Real Estate but through her experience, she will help guide our Clients by making their Buying and Selling journey stress-free, fun and will help in making well educated decisions.
