Dee Morgan

Dee Morgan is a Top Producer and seasoned 17-year agent at Kelly Price & Company. For the tenth year, she has been named a Five Star Professional Agent in the Orlando metro area. This designation is determined by both clients and peers after a transaction is complete and is a distinction held by only 7% of realtors for their phenomenal commitment to their client’s satisfaction. Dee understands that real estate success depends, like any relationship, on personal connections, building trust, and exceeding expectations. Dee’s core values of compassion, discipline and integrity stem from her past and current experiences. She grew up in Cincinnati, Ohio, and graduated from Miami University (Ohio) with a BS in Education, followed by obtaining her M Ed at the University of Central Florida. She taught first and second grade at both Dover Shores and Dommerich Elementary before joining Kelly Price & Company in 2003.

As a longtime resident of Central Florida and, more specifically, Winter Park, Dee and her husband raised their family here. Dee is familiar with property types and choices, architectural styles, the variety of neighborhoods in our area, and the options they offer to prospective home buyers. Working from referrals, Dee’s journey in real estate has taken her from the beaches of the Atlantic to South Orlando.

Dee’s dedication to helping children throughout Central Florida has transcended her real estate career. She has organized and created many local programs such as the “Dress the Dream” project at Winter Park High School. Her love of music and children awarded her a lifetime Volunteer Award for her committed efforts as Booster President of the Winter Park High School Orchestra. Helping children is her passion, and even at Kelly Price & Company, she has annually organized a Secret Santa project bringing food and clothing to children in need at Little River Elementary, the local YMCA, and the West Winter Park Community Center.

In her free time, Dee enjoys supporting the local arts. She and her husband attend plays at the Shakespeare and Annie Russell Theaters, Broadway plays at the Performing Arts Center, The Bach Festival at Rollins, orchestra performances throughout Central Florida, and the local Winter Park Art Festival.

Dee has been recognized by both The Orlando Sentinel and The Orlando Magazine for her excellence in service. She also has the advanced accreditations as recognized by the Graduate Realtor Institute and Accredited Buyer Representative. Her depth of knowledge and her ability to solve problems ensures a successful closing for each transaction.
