Liz has an uncanny knack for spotting aesthetic potential, pin-pointing the next "up and coming” neighborhood, and spot-on instincts for seamlessly matching Buyers with the perfect home. Her approach is much like a dating “matchmaker” combined with guerilla warfare/private eye search tactics. When it comes to listing homes, Liz is a firm believer that the “devil is in the details”. She takes on a full concierge mode in helping Sellers get their homes ready for market. Orchestrating and overseeing the “editing of the interior” (a.k.a. decluttering), painting, handyman fixes, and pre-inspections, all with the goal of pitch perfect presentation and avoiding derailment once under contract. Liz engages her vetted trades people and manages the home readying process from start to finish. Liz and her team aim to make the front-end prep work of getting a home to market as stress free and efficient as possible.
