Stacy Wintzer

Stacy Wintzer grew up in Wisconsin; in the Midwest she learned the value of hard work, integrity, and honesty. Having a strong desire to travel the world, she acquired a Bachelor’s Degree in just 3.5 years in Hospitality and Tourism from The University of Wisconsin - Stout. The hospitality industry sharpened her bespoke style of customer service and her love for architecture and design soon drew her to a career in real estate. She explored several cities after college, finally settling in Park City in 1998. Recognizing the mountain beauty, year-round outdoor activities, abundant sunshine and unparalleled life-style Park City offered, Stacy’s 6 month vacation turned into her permanent residence. Today, Stacy lives in the heart of town with with her husband David (born and raised in Park City) and their daughter Ella!

She is proud to call this mountain town her home and values the opportunities it has afforded her and her family. Stacy has witnessed the tremendous change and growth that transformed Park City into the world renowned ski destination it is today. Assisting clients while they pursue their Park City dreams is the highlight of Stacy’s professional career. Over the past 20 years she has owned and built Park City Real Estate in several of the amazing communities throughout town.
